About National WWII Museum

The National WWII Museum opened on June 6, 2000. Originally called the National D-Day Museum, the museum was founded by Stephen Ambrose, and offers visitors a variety of exhibits to explore as well as educational programs, family activities, a gift shop, restaurants, and live shows.[7]

The National WWII Museum is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission prices are $19 for adults, $15 for seniors, $9 for children aged 5-12, $9 for students with ID, and $9 for military personnel with ID.[3]
